Instant gratification is the result of my hair color done by this compare to none top hair colorists group. My hair color have a more youthful brigther looking shades. the highlights are phenomenal!. Rodolfo Valentin hair extensions are truly hair extension with class. The hair extensions called hair infusion additions were tailored to my hair needs including the color. First they did the color in my own hair (fabulous! I am extremely happy that finally I have the hair color I was dreaming all my life), and then the hair extensions were applied. So gently, with such a love for what they do. There are not enough words to say how good this salon in NYC is.

Some of my friends like to play with their hair and fool around ending with their hair damaged. I was at the Rodolfo Valentin Long Island Beauty Center Salon that is the winner of the best of Citysearch in Hair color, hair extensions, haircut, highlights, and also in general as a hair salon. So I decide to try all those award winning services! Maritza did my hair color and highlights, and then Franco put their famous hair extensions that are super natural, follow by a tailored haircut, the result? Of course exactly what can be expected from an award winning place like that! FABULOUS!

At the beginning I was very concern that the master Rodolfo Valentin was not there, I understand that he is only at the Long Island location on Saturdays but that is the day that I must be with my family and they will get very upset if I spent the day in the salon instead of being in home. I didn’t have other choice than to go Wednesday. But I certainly think that I didn’t miss anything, Rodolfo obviously has trained his staff to perfection and they have learned up to the most minimal detail how to please customers.

Since the second I walked into the salon I was greeted by the warm front desk personnel, they were so good that I can remember the name of one of them: “Dennis”, sweet and extremely friendly. He helped me to change into my robe and walked me to the back to introduce me to the hair colorist. They don’t forget about you as most salons do, they are constantly around asking if we need something, offering drinks including champagne and serving snacks. I left the salon feeling like I was there several times before. The atmosphere is so friendly that they make you feel part of the family
My husband shouted sexy! When looking at my hair… my children loved the hair extensions and my new hair color. I can wait to come back to the salon, next time I promise to try the spa from where I saw several people coming down from the spa floor with a great smile. One of them while coming out from the elevator next to my hair station commented to me, this is the best spa I have ever been. I also noticed that their Spa is the Citysearch winner in overall as a “spa” in addition to deep Tissue Massage, Eyebrown threading and shaping, skin care, facial also as a nail salon. Definitely to try next!

This is the best hair color Salon in New York City and the hair color salon that everybody is talking about, they are also the winners of the top Hair colorist award, plus their hair extensions supposed to be the best of the best. But I must enhance that their haircuts are remarkable, even better than Sally Hershberger at a fraction of the cost! The salon in overall is a great hair salon with a calm atmosphere with separate rooms for chemical services or hair extensions. Pia, one of Rodolfo Valentin most experienced hair colorist did my highlights (FABULOUS), and then I was privileged to get their high-status hair extensions by Rodolfo himself. The outcome is beyond belief; the hair infusion extensions have the identical texture than my natural hair, which makes it impossible to notice the difference between the extensions and my own natural hair! Then Rodolfo did a faultless made to order haircut, the outcome? Of course surely what I wanted to have, also what else can be expected from a hair stylist like Rodolfo, just SUPERLATIVE!

I’ve been at every salon in New York City and I want to share my happiness since I move to New York from Italy. I’ve spent four years searching for the right salon. I got very tired having my color in one place, my cut in another, even my blow dry! Until I found Rodolfo Valentin in Madison Avenue, he really works like most Europeans he is a one-stop-shop where I get everything I want, best quality: the colors, the haircut, blow-dry and his well trained staff makes you feel very confident, they are multifaceted, you can feel very lucky if you get Rodolfo (probably the reason why his clientele keep him as the best secret of the city to meet him is an experience and the good news are that you do not have to climb narrow steps, the private elevator opens into the old world chic salon where the high society of New York frequent.

The quality of services offered at Rodolfo’s is legendary, but nobody reports about the facilities, this is the most hygienic salon in the city! Although that they don’t have spa at the Madison Avenue location (they have a Long Island spa voted the four top day spas in USA by American spa) his NY salon feels like you are getting hair services in a great spa: first highlight is the elevator that opens into the salon floor, the sense of privacy is enormous! It feels like you’re coming into a friend’s home. There is a center table offering complimentary snacks (unbelievable!), the receptionist will help you change into a fresh robe. Their floor attendant will promptly bring to you any beverage you desire and the aromatherapy terry towels in the ladies rooms are abundant. It is a pleasure to spend time there. Rodolfo is a very refined guy with an inarguable sophisticated taste. GREAT PERSON, GREAT PROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ( the specific hair stylist for classy people).

Finally I got the best extensions in NYC that are not damaging the few hairs I have on my head!
I am distress from having thinning hair since I was a teenager. I all the time feel uncomfortable about having just a a small number of hairs while my friends a lot! I have been since the past 6 years to every hair loss specialist without any results. Last year I was at a hair extension salon that promotes that they are the best, that they are performing thousands of hair extensions, that they do every kind of hair extension available plus bla bla bla. I ended up with my hair in a tangle with glue all over my scalp, they did not care about my unhappiness and because I was in Astoria, Queens I was very afraid because the people in that salon did not seem friendly at all! I paid and I left crying while they were laughing in the back. Thanks to a friend of mine I was able to get an appointment with Rodolfo Valentin at his location in Madison Avenue. God bless my friend, without making any negative comment to me, the very professional staff of this salon, removed the horrible hair extensions, deep cleaned my fragile hair and after one hour they added their great extensions. I must say god bless my friend and god bless this fabulous salon. The most professional hair stylists I have ever met.
